This is an ordinary family in the Yunliyuan community, where Fu Huizhen and his wife Du Guolin both work in the field of education. After retirement, the old couple is still actively engaged in caring for the next generation, and has become a silver-haired couple who are active in home-school-community collaborative education. One of them gave full play to his sculpture talents, and the other carried the banner of a preacher.
The 76-year-old worked in the Hedong District Education Bureau before retiring and served as the chief counselor of the District Young Pioneers. She is good at expression, looking up information, writing scripts, making slides, and telling heroic and exemplary stories to children. Her wife, Du Guolin, is a "five old" counselor, who is good at clay sculpture skills, making statues of Lei Feng and Yuan Longping as exemplary figures, and carrying out immersive education for children.
In 2016, Fu Huizhen was appointed by the Tianjin Youth League Municipal Committee, the Municipal Education Commission, and the Municipal Youth Work Committee as the leader of the "Tianjin Fu Huizhen Community + Extracurricular Young Pioneers Famous Teacher Characteristic Studio". In 2017, the studio was named the National Famous Teacher Studio by the National Young Workers Committee.

Since the naming of the Young Pioneers Famous Teacher Studio, they have elaborately produced more than 20 slides and preached in organs, communities, schools, and kindergartens, with more than 100,000 listeners. In the activities of welcoming the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, they led the majority of young people in the community to carry out four series of thematic education activities during the summer vacation, giving full play to the advantages of the famous teacher's studio, and giving a lecture on "Welcoming the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Learning the Knowledge of the Party's Previous Congresses", according to statistics, 19,394 Young Pioneers watched and studied. "Teacher Fu and I have been old neighbors for more than 20 years. They have always done their best to work in the community, not for fame and fortune, and I admire such old party members. Fu Yongzeng, a counselor of the "Five Elders" in Hedong District, often brings his grandson to these activities. Du Tielin, a member of the Tianjin Folk Artists Association, specializes in wooden handicrafts. On the occasion of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, he and the old couple formed a propaganda group, with Du Tielin making a model of the red boat in Nanhu, Du Guolin making a statue of a great man, and Fu Huizhen being responsible for preaching the story of the traditional activity of the Tianjin Young Pioneers - Little Red Flower. As a result, the three of them embarked on the road of preaching, with the theme of "Red Boat Pilots Red Scarves and Red Scarf Teenagers Follow the Party", went to dozens of schools and communities in the city to preach the history of the party, and used the party's glorious history to encourage children to strive to be good teenagers in the new era.
