The TCM Science and Technology Innovation City Neighborhood Center Project is located in the south of Shennong Avenue, east of Jisheng North Road, north of Jinxiujiayuan, and west of Shizhen North Avenue in Ganjiang New District. Covering an area of about 44.2 acres, with a total construction area of about 56,700 square meters, the main construction contents include commerce, community service centers, gas pressure regulating stations, garbage stations, underground meat and vegetable markets, garages and equipment rooms, outdoor facilities and decoration projects.
Walking into the neighborhood center, the building structure and functional zoning are reasonable, the traffic flow is concise and smooth, and the whole building is barrier-free. The west side of the neighborhood center is a commercial area, located at the intersection of urban roads, which is convenient for commercial displays and external access. The community service center on the east side is relatively independent, with rich and layered landscaping, providing more communication and sharing space for residents to visit.
The interior space unfolds along the urban interface, with the central plaza connecting the commercial district on the west side and the community service center on the east side, and the sunken plaza is warm in winter and cool in summer, with direct access to the farmers' market. The east and west parts form a semi-enclosed "courtyard-style" layout to create a rich spatial effect.
The total investment area of the commercial complex on the west side of the neighborhood center is 16,383 square meters, and as of August, the contracted area of 9,444.41 square meters has been contracted, with an investment rate of 57.7%, and a total of 32 decoration merchants have been docked, and 6 have been put into trial operation; 17 have been put into renovation; 9 interior decoration designs. The plan includes children's playgrounds, education and training, catering, clothing, cinemas and other formats, which can meet the basic business needs of more than 100,000 people; The Smart Farmers' Market in the Neighborhood Centre was put into trial operation on 1 July, with a monthly visitor flow of 40,000.
The water tower of the original plot is retained in the commercial west plaza. As a landmark building, the water tower carries the precious memories of the old Songhai, after design and transformation, the water tower has a new look, showing a smart modern atmosphere, and there are celebrity images under the tower, which not only creates a warm atmosphere of commercial space, but also retains the simple and friendly humanistic customs.
The community service center on the east side is equipped with an activity venue, a fitness trail, a badminton court, and a table tennis area, and the future planning functions include community service integration, medical care, culture, elderly care center and judicial office.
