A few days ago, the District Health Commission set up an inspection team composed of experts in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, clinical, medical, and health supervision to carry out special supervision on the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in Shanghai Guanghua Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Tianshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Changning District, and six social Chinese medicine outpatient departments.
The inspection team mainly carried out inspection work from the institutional TCM decoction prescription review system and its implementation, and randomly checked the prescription of TCM decoction pieces in the outpatient clinic of the institution, focusing on the "three highs" (high amount, more medicinal taste, and large dose) prescription. Combined with the characteristics of the TCM profession, the inspection team carried out key inspections on the top-ranked departments, TCM doctors, and prescriptions with more than twice the usual amount, medicinal taste, and dosage, and carried out a comprehensive evaluation from the aspects of prescription writing standardization, consistency of rational prescriptions, suitability of drug use, and reasonableness of costs in combination with the problems found in the inspection.
During the inspection, it was found that some medical institutions in our district had high prescriptions for Chinese medicine decoction pieces, more medicinal flavors and unconventional dosages, etc., and the inspection team put forward rectification opinions on the spot, urging medical institutions to attach great importance to the clinical application management of Chinese medicine decoction pieces, take patients as the center, and standardize the prescription behavior of medical staff for Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
Previously, the District Center for Disease Control and Prevention (District Health Supervision Institute) also cooperated with the District Childcare Management Center, the District Public Security Bureau, and the Fire Department to carry out a full-coverage joint inspection of 17 childcare institutions in Changning.
According to the division of duties, the health supervisors focused on the implementation of the requirements for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and common diseases and the sanitary management of drinking water, combined with the actual situation of the characteristics of the infectious disease onset season, through on-site inspection, reading ledger materials, etc., carried out key inspections on the prevention and control of infectious diseases, environmental sanitization and ventilation, and drinking water safety of young children in childcare institutions. Shanghai Nursery School Kindergarten Children's Health Examination Form, etc.; At the same time, it was also checked whether the employees in the childcare institutions all held the "Health Certificate for Nursery School and Kindergarten Staff".
Through supervision and inspection, it was found that the prevention and control of infectious diseases and the sanitation of drinking water in most childcare institutions were well implemented. However, during the inspection, it was also found that the staff of one institution did not obtain the health certificate of the staff of the childcare (childcare) institution, violating the relevant standards and norms of childcare services.
