Ledao L60, since the beginning of research and development, has set the competitor as Tesla Model Y, every move is to watch Model Y to play. But as we know, there have been a lot of cars in the past that have named their competitors the Model Y, but there are very few that can really compete with it in terms of sales. Can Ledao L60 really be successful? What are the obvious advantages over the Model Y? Let's take a look at it today.
One sentence to evaluate Ledao L60:
With 200,000 yuan in hand and want to buy a pure electric SUV, this is an unavoidable option.
Advantage:
1. The riding space is huge
2. The configuration is all kinds and cost-effective
3. It can be replaced with electricity, and the energy replenishment speed is fast
4. The car machine system is easy to use, and the interface UI design is beautiful
5. The central control screen is large in size and has a narrow bezel
Insufficient:
1. There may be a lot of configurations that need to be optional
2. The maintenance cost may not be cheap
Lots of space! Lots of space! Lots of space!
At the first moment when I sat in the back row of the L60, there was only one word in my mind: big! This is the envy of NIO owners. With a height of 185cm, I can easily my legs in the back row of the Ledao L60, which is a rare space performance in the same class. And the difference between it and the Model Y in the actual seating space in the rear row should also exceed the 6 cm difference between the two of them in the wheelbase.
The back row is not as simple as Everbright. The rear seat cushion of the L60 is at the right height, allowing passengers to easily obtain a relatively natural sitting position. And the fabric and padding of the seat can give a very comfortable feeling. Whoever sits should be able to give this experience a high score. The most commendable thing is that the comfort of the middle position of the rear row of Ledao L60 is not significantly reduced, the backrest is not very hard, the seat cushion is not particularly high, and the performance is also remarkable. By the way, the rear backrest of the Ledao L60 also supports electric adjustment, which is definitely a configuration beyond the reach of the Model Y, but the adjustable angle is too small to be interesting.
One thing to say, there are indeed some models in the market that sacrifice trunk space in exchange for more riding space. But this point does not exist on the Ledao L60. It still has plenty of boot space, although there is no official data on the vehicle's trunk volume. But we also gave it a brief try on the spot, and it was stress-free to put five 20-inch suitcases. It should be able to hold the luggage of 5 adults on a long-distance trip, not to mention the items that small children need to bring on a trip such as strollers and mother's bags. The performance of the trunk of the Ledao L60 is not perfect, especially compared to my ET5T, there seem to be fewer hooks in the trunk, and there are not as many detachable lamps as the ET5T, which should also be due to cost considerations.
Rough house and general house
The fact that the interior of the Model Y is a "rough house" is a "rough house", I believe that I don't need to say more, friends who have experienced it all know. As for the evaluation of the interior of Ledao L60, I will use "general decoration room" to describe it. Yes, the interior isn't really that beautiful, and the materials aren't very good, but at least it doesn't look cheap and doesn't feel good to the touch. In my understanding, I would think of it as a kind of restraint, which does not increase the cost but can "win" the competition by a small amount.
If you particularly like the minimalist design style, the L60 is definitely for you. There is only one central control screen on its center console, and there is neither an LCD instrument nor a co-driver entertainment screen, which is a proper tribute to Tesla. But its center display is a little bit larger than the Model Y, and the screen resolution seems to be a little higher than the Model Y. The built-in in-car system on the screen will be a little easier to use than the one on the Model Y. After a set of combo punches, the experience of the whole car machine is really better than that of the Model Y. If we talk about the performance of voice assistants, the gap is not half a star.
Regarding the front row of the two cars, there is another small detail that has to be said, that is, the Model Y is the only one in all Tesla models that is not equipped with seat ventilation. And this function can be seen on Ledao L60, and its front seats still use a combined ventilation mode of cushion blowing and backrest suction, and the seats are cool quickly and will not blow you cold, which is particularly intimate. It's just that this function may be an option for Ledao L60, and the specific optional price is unknown.
If you can change the battery, you won't charge it
If you think that the above advantages can also be seen in other domestic pure electric mid-size SUVs, and may not be able to pose a threat to the Model Y, then battery swapping may be the magic weapon of the Ledao L60. In the future, Ledao L60 can support battery swapping in NIO's third- and fourth-generation replacement stations, and it is expected that thousands of battery swap stations will be available for Ledao within the year. The battery replacement can be completed in more than 2 minutes, who doesn't love this energy replenishment experience?
In addition, the Ledao L60 based on the 900V platform also has a maximum charging power of 200kW, and there is also a slow charging port, which really makes NIO owners see tears. It can be said that in terms of energy supplement, Ledao L60 is almost impeccable, and it has an advantage over any pure electric SUV at the same price. Friends who have mileage anxiety may really pay for Ledao L60 because of this.
Write at the end
The Ledao L60 is the most comprehensive and the least disadvantaged among the new cars I have experienced recently. I really wanted to find fault with everyone during the experience, but it's really a pity that it is very suitable for family use in all aspects. So at the end of the static experience video, I don't shy away from saying that it's really an option that you can close your eyes to. If you've been thinking about buying an all-electric midsize SUV lately, you might as well check out the L60 first.
