Notice on the application of the subsidy policy for high-tech enterprises in Minhang District in 2024

According to Article 16 of the "Several Policy Opinions on Accelerating the High-level Development of Scientific and Technological Innovation under the Guidance of the "Da Zero Bay" Science and Technology Innovation Source Functional Zone in Minhang District" (Min Fu Gui Fa [2024] No. 2), accelerate the development of high-tech enterprises. To carry out the application for high-tech enterprise funding in 2024, the notice is as follows:
1. The declaration time is from September 18 to October 25, 2024 (deadline 23:59), and if the application is not reported within the time limit, it will be deemed to have voluntarily given up.
2. Application conditions: 1. High-tech enterprises within the validity period; 2. Enterprises that are not within the 3rd direction of the special development funds of Shanghai Zhangjiang National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone in 2024; 3. Take the initiative to abandon the Zhangjiang policy, and the district level will not be funded.
3. The support standard will give a one-time subsidy of 250,000 yuan to the high-tech enterprises identified for the first time in the previous year; A one-time subsidy of 50,000 yuan will be given to high-tech enterprises that are re-identified after the expiration of the validity period of the previous year. The previous year refers to the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.
Fourth, the application materials 1. Minhang District Science and Technology Policy Application Form (after the completion of the filling in the system, it will be exported by the platform, signed by the legal person and stamped with the official seal of the enterprise, and then scanned and uploaded to the system attachment column in color); 2. Color scanned copy of the latest business license; 3. Color scanned copy of high-tech enterprise certificate; 4. Letter of commitment for the declaration of the subsidy policy for high-tech enterprises in Minhang District (exported by the platform, signed by the legal person, stamped with the official seal of the enterprise, and scanned and uploaded to the attachment column of the system in color), please note that the date of the commitment letter needs to be filled. 5. If the name of the high-tech enterprise is changed, it is necessary to provide the proof of industrial and commercial change (please go to the "All in One Network" to download the complete industrial and commercial change materials, which must include the material certification seal and the details of the name change).
5. Online declaration of the application process: enterprises log in to the "one-stop" platform for benefiting enterprises and helping enterprises (http://zcpt.shmh.gov.cn) in Minhang District - click on the "policy supermarket" - the competent department - the District Science and Technology Commission (Association for Science and Technology) - accelerate the development of high-tech enterprises - online declaration.
