In July last year, in order to make her breasts look more feminine, Ms. Fan, who loves beauty, came to Changsha Yiyi Medical Aesthetic Institution on Mulian Road and spent 16,800 yuan to do autologous fat grafting breast augmentation. However, in March this year, she found that she had a lump in her breast of various sizes, which scared her very much.
"In March of this year, I had a lump about the size of an egg on my chest, which was very obvious and could be felt casually." The outpatient medical records of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University provided by Ms. Fan showed that multiple large and small lumps were palpable on the outside of her breasts, with clear borders, no tenderness, and mobility.

"The doctor said that you should have surgery quickly, because I am afraid that the whole chest will become hard by then." Ms. Fan said.
What exactly caused Ms. Fan's chest to have this condition? She thinks the lumps in her chest may be related to last year's breast augmentation surgery.
"It's because of calcification or improper surgical operation, which causes swelling and fluid accumulation. I don't have anything else to ask for right now, just change to my original form and get rid of this lump. Ms. Fan said.
So, what kind of explanation will this medical aesthetic institution give in response to Ms. Fan's statement? On September 26, the reporter accompanied Ms. Fan to find the person in charge of Changsha Yili Medical Aesthetic Institution.
The person in charge of Changsha Yizhi Medical Aesthetic Institution claimed that Ms. Fan had been informed of the various risks of the operation before the operation, and Ms. Fan also signed the informed consent form for fat grafting and breast augmentation.

The reporter found that Article 10 of the informed consent form clearly states that breast fat filling will inevitably lead to changes such as multiple nodules, calcifications and cysts in the breast, which are difficult to distinguish from breast cancer, so it is not recommended to use or choose carefully. In addition, the hospital claimed that the preoperative diagnosis certificate provided by Ms. Fan showed that her breasts themselves had lobular hyperplasia, which is common in women.
"We can't tell if lobular hyperplasia is related to these postoperative lumps." Chen Mingguang, the head of Changsha Yizhi Medical Aesthetic Institution, claimed that although it was not possible to determine whether the lump formed after Ms. Fan's chest surgery was directly related to the lobular hyperplasia that existed before the operation, the possible risks of autologous fat breast augmentation were informed before the operation, and there was no problem with the surgical process.
Since the two parties could not reach an agreement on the spot, Ms. Fan decided to find an authoritative medical appraisal institution for testing first, and the person in charge of the medical aesthetic institution also made it clear that if the test was caused by surgery, they were willing to take full responsibility.
At present, the reporter has fed back Ms. Fan's situation to the health department of Tianxin District, and we will continue to pay attention to the follow-up progress.
