In order to ensure the stability of the safety production situation during the National Day and promote the orderly development of key emergency management work, on October 1, Li Yongjian, the second-level inspector of the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, led the relevant responsible comrades and safety experts of the Planning and Development Department to go deep into the Jinghai District High-tech Industrial Park to carry out safety production supervision and inspection during the festival. Liu Cunben, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Jinghai District Emergency Management Bureau, and Guo Zongcai, Deputy Director of the Bureau, accompanied him.
After listening to the report of the Jinghai District Emergency Bureau on the implementation of the deployment of safety precautions during the National Day and the situation on duty, the inspection team fully affirmed the safety production work in Jinghai District, and provided assistance and guidance to the work in key industries and fields, and put forward specific requirements for safety production during the festival.
The inspection team has successively gone deep into the wire drawing workshop, twisting workshop and pickling workshop of Tianjin Xintiangang Zhongxingshengda Co., Ltd. to conduct safety inspections, and require enterprises to immediately rectify the hidden dangers and problems found, draw inferences from one another, strictly implement the double prevention work mechanism, strengthen the safety management of the job site, enhance the safety awareness of employees, strengthen the duty on duty, and ensure safety and stability during the festival.
Comrade Li Yongjian stressed that it is necessary to combine the characteristics of safe production during the festival, adhere to the concept of "people first, life first", implement various work measures strictly, tightly, practically, and meticulously, and resolutely prevent and curb the occurrence of all kinds of production safety accidents.
