What is dengue fever
Dengue fever is an acute insect-borne infection caused by the dengue virus, which is mainly transmitted by the bite of the Aedes mosquito.

Where is dengue fever endemic
Dengue fever is widely endemic in tropical and subtropical countries and regions such as Southeast Asia, the Western Pacific and southern Africa. In recent years, dengue fever outbreaks in mainland China are mainly locally transmitted outbreaks caused by imported cases, and the main source countries are Southeast Asian and South Asian countries such as Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, Laos and Malaysia. Most of the domestic epidemics are distributed in coastal or border areas such as Guangdong and Yunnan.
Go to dengue-endemic areas so that you can reduce Aedes mosquito bites

Doing so will reduce the number of "offspring" of Aedes mosquitoes: ✅ cleaning up all kinds of unwanted stagnant water in and around your home. ✅ Keep the house and surrounding environment clean and tidy, and remove all kinds of sanitary dead corners and garbage. ✅ Useful water containers are thoroughly changed once every 5-7 days. ✅ Reduce the planting of aquatic plants at home, and change the water thoroughly once every 5-7 days after planting. ✅ The house and the surrounding landscape water bodies can be stocked with ornamental fish or native species of mosquito-eating fish. ✅ Items that are prone to water accumulation should be stored indoors or in a rain-sheltered place, and should be tightly covered with a rainproof cloth when stacked outside. ✅ Electric mosquito coils, electric mosquito tablets, electric mosquito swatters, etc. are the first choices for home mosquito control, and sensitive public health insecticides can be used outdoors to kill adult mosquitoes.
