On the morning of August 10, the Women's Federation of the Red Leaf Residential Area of the Industrial Zone launched the "Oral Health Lecture" summer activity. Nearly 15 children participated in the event, and Dr. Jin Liting of Donghui Dental gave a lecture on oral health science knowledge to the children.
First of all, Dr. Jin explained the shape of teeth, the identification of permanent and deciduous teeth, the harm of caries, the daily maintenance of oral hygiene, how to protect dental health, and the daily oral health knowledge of dental health. Oral models were also used to vividly explain oral structure and how to maintain oral hygiene for children. From time to time, interactive questions and answers were interspersed in the classroom, and the students present raised their hands to answer questions, and the atmosphere was very lively. Finally, Dr. Jin taught the steps of correct brushing of teeth on the spot and told teenagers that they should develop good brushing habits, maintain oral hygiene at all times, and develop a good tooth from an early age.
Through this oral health knowledge lecture, the teenagers popularized the knowledge of dental prevention and treatment, enhanced the concept of oral health and the awareness of self-oral health care, and established good oral health behavior.
