The NIO ET9, with a pre-sale price of 800,000 yuan, is on the latest catalog of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the car will be delivered in the first quarter of 2025.
The ET9 has a length, width and height of 5325/2017/1621mm, a wheelbase of 3250mm, and a rated capacity of 4 people.
At NIO Day last year, NIO said that the ET9 will be equipped with its self-developed 46105 cylindrical battery with a capacity of 120kWh. The maximum output of the front motor is 180 kW, the maximum output of the rear motor is 240 kW, and the top speed is 220 km/h.

As a flagship model that competes with the 78S in terms of price and model, the NIO ET9 is based on the technology flagship, among which the Tianxing chassis represented by the champagne tower demonstration video last year has attracted particular attention.

DENZA N9
This time, it is on board the flagship 9 series of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, as well as the Denza N9.
With dimensions of 5258/2030/1830mm and a wheelbase of 3125mm, the Denza N9 is a full-size SUV with a curb weight of 3130/3245kg and a total mass of 3760kg and a rated capacity of 6 people.
Like the Denza Z9 GT, the Denza N9 will be equipped with technologies such as Yi Sanfang and Yun Yuan, with a 2.0T engine and three electric motors to power the vehicle, with a maximum engine power of 152kW, a maximum power of 200kW for the front motor, and 240kW for both rear motors, with a top speed of 230km/h.
The chassis of the new car adopts the front double wishbone and rear multi-link suspension structure, superimposed on the role of air suspension, to ensure the stability and comfort of the vehicle in various road sections, not only that, the new car is expected to have the ability to make a compass U-turn, high-speed tire burst safe driving, active suspension and so on.
In terms of range, the Denza N9 is equipped with a 47-degree battery, with a pure electric range of 165km and a curb weight of more than 3.1 tons, which may put pressure on the vehicle's energy consumption.

At present, only the plug-in hybrid version has been declared, and a pure electric version may be launched in the future.
Both "9" series SUVs, the main competitors of the Denza N9 are the M9 and the Pioneer Li L9. From the current point of view, the DENZA N9 has outstanding advantages in terms of size and power, but the energy consumption performance still needs to be observed.
BYD Xia
The long-awaited BYD summer is finally on the agenda.
This time, BYD declared two versions of the summer, with a body size of 5145/1970/1805mm and a wheelbase of 3045mm.
With a curb weight of 2.47 tonnes and a 2.65 tonne weight, it is slightly smaller than the Denza D9 and varies between 65 and 115 mm in length, height and wheelbase.
It can be speculated that on the basis of the starting price of the Denza D9 at 339,800 yuan, the price of the BYD Xia may be around 300,000 yuan.
The new model is equipped with BYD's DM5.0 technology, a 1.5T engine with a maximum output of 115kW, a motor with a maximum output of 200kW, a battery capacity of 20.39kWh, and a range of 80km, followed by a 38kWh battery version with a range of 145km.
BYD has confirmed that Xia will use a variable damping damper, namely the Yunnan-C intelligent damping body control system, to ensure the stability and comfort of vehicle handling.
One of the major features of the fifth-generation DM technology is that it can provide lower energy consumption for the vehicle, and as the first MPV under this technology, the fuel consumption of the summer feed may also become one of its competitive points.
