The first provincial-level "cross-strait industrial park" in Shanxi Province settled in Gaoping

Shanxi Daily reporter Deng Weiqiang reported: On May 18, the awarding ceremony of the cross-strait (Gaoping) Industrial Park in Shanxi Province was held in the Gaoping Economic and Technological Development Zone.

It is reported that in mid-April, the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Provincial CPC Committee, together with the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Provincial Department of Commerce, and other departments, implemented the requirements of the provincial party committee for promoting the high-quality development of taiwan work, refined the "Specific Measures for Promoting Economic and Cultural Exchanges and Cooperation between Shanxi Province and Taiwan" issued by the General Office of the Provincial Government, formulated the "Administrative Measures for the Identification and Management of Taiwan-related Parks in Shanxi Province (Provisional)," and recently approved the establishment of the Shanxi Provincial Cross-Strait (Gaoping) Industrial Park.

The establishment of the cross-strait (Gaoping) Industrial Park in Shanxi Province will play a leading demonstration and driving role in the construction of Taiwan-related parks in the province, marking that the province has entered a new stage of development for Taiwan investment and the construction of Taiwan-related parks. In recent years, Gaoping City has held a series of activities on both sides of the Strait to hold a series of activities on the "Ask zuyan Emperor and Find Roots gaoping" shennong yandi economic and trade cultural tourism investment promotion activities on both sides of the strait as a platform, focusing on building a biomedical industry cluster, vigorously carrying out investment in Taiwan, promoting the landing of projects, and docking and negotiating more than 10 Taiwan enterprises to settle in the Gaoping Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is expected that in the next three to five years, the park will become a modern industrial park dominated by the biomedical industry cluster in Jincheng and even Shanxi, and become an important bearer of Jincheng's investment in Taiwan.

The establishment of the Shanxi Cross-Strait Industrial Park is a practical measure to implement the overall ideas and requirements of the provincial party committee's "four for four highs and two synchronizations", promote the economic integration of Jintai and Taiwan, and enhance the outward orientation and openness of our province. Li Jianhong, director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Provincial CPC Committee, said that the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Provincial CPC Committee will combine the practice of "I do practical things for the masses" in the study and education of party history, serve Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan businessmen well, accelerate the landing of investment promotion projects, and add color to the high-quality transformation and development of our province.
