On July 30, after the successful conclusion of the 15th Congress of the Communist Party of China in Long'an County, the first plenary meeting of the 15th Discipline Inspection Committee of Long'an County of the Communist Party of China and the first plenary meeting of the 15th Committee of the Communist Party of China in Long'an County were held to elect a new leading group of the county party committee and the leading group of the Discipline Inspection Commission.

Gan Cheng was elected secretary of the county party committee with unanimous votes, Wang Yanan and He Huaqing were unanimously elected deputy secretaries of the county party committee, and Gong Shanquan, Meng Jingqun, Zhai Shanmei, Mo Xiongwu, Liang Kaizhuo, Liang Zhili, Xu Mingzuo, and Long Yaoqiang were elected as members of the standing committee of the county party committee.
