The new generation of discipline leaders of urology in China set up academician workstations in Union Hospital

Academician Guo Yinglu of the Chinese Academy of Engineering

On November 5, the team of academician Guo Yinglu of the Chinese Academy of Engineering signed a contract with the West Hospital of Union Hospital and the Central Hospital of Wuhan Development Zone to set up Academician Guo Yinglu Workstation in the latter. This is the first academician workstation in the medical and health field of Wuhan Development Zone (Hannan District).

The 87-year-old academician Guo Yinglu is a new generation of discipline leader in urology in China, and has made outstanding contributions to improving the overall level of urology in China, and was awarded the Urology Lifetime Achievement Award by the International Urological Association.

According to the agreement, academician Guo Yinglu's team will provide scientific guidance for the long-term development of urology of Union Hospital, formulate discipline development strategies and plans, and help it solve technical problems and provide technical support.

The main direction of Academician Guo Yinglu's team in recent years is non-invasive energy medicine.
