In order to implement the spirit of the province's and the city's safe production TV and telephone in the third quarter of 2021, deeply absorb the lessons of the collapse accident at the construction site of Line 17 of the 9.10 Chengdu Rail Transit, implement the safety work arrangements of the district party committee and district government, and ensure the safety and stability of the people's festivals. Recently, the Guihu Street Party Working Committee and the office organized all leaders and middle-level cadres to hold a third quarter safety situation analysis meeting.
At the meeting, the recent work was analyzed and deployed; first, it reported the collapse accident at the construction site of Line 17 of the 9.10 Chengdu Rail Transit; second, it conveyed the spirit of the province's and the city's safety production television and telephone and the recent safety work arrangements of the district party committee and district government; the third was to analyze the problems existing in the street safety work situation since the third quarter and make arrangements for the next step of safety work; fourth, it arranged and deployed the safety production inspection and rectification plan during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day.
Zhang Mingzhong, secretary of the party working committee, stressed that it is necessary to soberly understand the current grim situation of safe production in the whole region, and all trades and fields must perform their respective duties and responsibilities. The first is to take the collapse accident of the 9.10 Chengdu Rail Transit Line 17 under construction as a wake-up call, and "four do not let go" of the causes, responsibilities, measures and education of safety accidents; the second is to learn from one another and comprehensively strengthen the management of building construction safety; the third is to go all out to grasp the safety work in the fourth quarter, focus on key periods such as the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, and strengthen risk control.
