It is not advisable to drink ginger soup before going to bed. The ginger capsaicin contained in ginger accelerates the peristalsis of the human intestine, and the active ingredients in ginger soup promote blood circulation. Drinking ginger soup before going to bed can easily cause stomach heat, causing people to have symptoms of dry mouth, insomnia, constipation and other symptoms of fire, and serious wind fever and colds and gastrointestinal diseases. Therefore, it is best not to drink ginger soup after the end of the night training of comrades-in-arms, but to drink it between afternoon training or before night training to dispel the cold in the body and promote blood circulation.
It is not advisable to drink ginger soup with a swollen throat. Ginger soup is suitable for patients with mild cold and cold disease.
