(Trainee reporter Wang Haohao correspondent Liu Chengkun) On October 25, the world's largest up-slalom tower crane rolled off the production line at zoomlion Changde Tower Crane Intelligent Factory in Changde, Hunan Province.

The world's largest up-slalom tower crane model is W12000-450, which was specially built by Zoomlion for the construction of changtai Yangtze River Bridge. The product weighs 4,000 tons, the rated lifting torque of 12,000 tons, is the world's first super large crane with an upper slalom of more than 10,000 tons, its maximum lifting weight reaches 450 tons, and the maximum lifting height is 400 meters, which is equivalent to the height of 300 cars to 130 floors at a time.

The relevant person in charge of Zoomlion said that the W12000-450 tower crane uses Zoomlion's independent innovation of split flat head single-arm frame technology, rod single pin tenon extra large standard section technology, "eight diamond" smooth large change small jacking transition technology and many other world-first technologies, so that the W12000-450 tower crane not only achieves a strong lifting performance of 10,000 tons of meters, but also ensures the convenience of the product and the safety and reliability of the product from the aspects of transportation, assembly and dismantling.
