Fresh fruit pressing process, that is, green fruit pressing process, refers to the direct pressing of camellia oleifera fruit without drying after picking, the whole process of low temperature, pure physical pressing, no chemical solvent extraction, no preservatives and additives. The acid price of the final product is controlled within 0.3, the peroxide value is controlled within 0.8, the tea oil is fresher, and the nutrient retention is higher.
