Today, the "Dinosaur Resurrection Exhibition" was exhibited in the special exhibition hall of Changsha Museum, inviting the audience to a "dragon hunting trip".

The exhibition brings together more than 100 dinosaur fossil specimens and models from all over the world, and adds high-tech interactive and manual science education projects, making it a very experiential and interesting exhibition. The exhibition is divided into five parts: "Dinosaur Overview", "Zhejiang Dinosaur", "Hunan Dinosaur", "Dinosaur Resurrection", "Dinosaur Encounter", in the exhibition, the audience can learn about the evolution, life, reproduction of dinosaur populations through dinosaur fossils, as well as the evolution process from dragons to birds, through the display of rare dinosaur fossils, research results to introduce the audience to the basic knowledge of dinosaurs and the dinosaur world in Hunan and Zhejiang Province, and through a variety of technical means and interactive projects to show the discovery, excavation, restoration, mounting, resurrection of dinosaur fossils.
It is understood that there are 6 genera and 6 species of dinosaurs in Zhejiang that have been officially named, and the dinosaur egg fossils are 24 species in 7 families and 11 genera, which belong to the area where more dinosaur fossils have been found in China. Among the fossils exhibited in our province, the toothless hibiscus dragon excavated in 1981 in the Area of Sangzhi Furong Bridge in Xiangxi is the most precious, this dragon is 3.21 meters long and 1.06 meters high, which is one of the only three skeleton fossils in the world. Hibiscus is a troodont reptile that shared the ancestors of dinosaurs , pterosaurs , crocodiles and birds.
In addition, the exhibition also opened a small dinosaur restorer, a small archaeologist, dinosaur seal painting creation, dinosaur magic sand table and AR interaction - dinosaur wisdom graffiti and other interactive projects, so that the majority of children understand the evolution of dinosaurs in the Cretaceous period.
The exhibition, co-sponsored by Changsha Museum, Zhejiang Museum of Natural History, Hunan Geological Museum and Zhuzhou Museum, will last until October 14, during which various forms of educational activities such as special guided tours and lectures will be carried out for different types of audiences such as teenagers and college students.
