From October 7th to 15th, five experts from Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Taizhou Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention went to the Cd-ROM to carry out workplace hazard monitoring and training for relevant staff.
This is the second time that the city has carried out large-scale monitoring of occupational disease hazard factors for enterprises in the city with the support of experts in aiding Croatia, and it is also an important measure for the Municipal Health and Health Commission to take the initiative to dock, give play to the role of talent aid, and promote the practical activities of "I do practical things for the masses".
On October 8, the experts were divided into two working groups and went to 29 units in Baijiantan District (Karamay High-tech Zone) and Urhe District to monitor workplace hazards.
At the same time, experts carried out special training on physical and chemical technicians in the use of a new instrument gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined in 2020 by the CDC of our city. At present, the instrument can perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of 28 volatile organic compounds in water.
In this assistance, while discovering and solving practical problems, the experts shared the successful experience in the work of the disease control staff in our city and discussed the next step of the work plan for Xinjiang.
The relevant person in charge of the Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Institute of the Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Disease Control and Prevention expressed the hope that the experts of the Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Disease Control and Prevention will fully and accurately implement the party's strategy for governing Xinjiang in the new era and the "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline, cast a solid sense of the Chinese national community, enhance the comprehensive benefits of counterpart assistance to Xinjiang, give play to the role of aid to Croatia, and provide new ideas and opportunities for further cooperation between the two places.
