The Shanxi Provincial WangShu and Cultural Research Association was established

Wang Shuhe was a native of Gaoping, Shanxi, and was a famous traditional Chinese medicine scholar during the Wei and Jin dynasties. Jointly initiated by Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Gaoping Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, on November 28, The Shanxi WangShu and Cultural Research Association was officially established, which also injected new vitality into the innovative development of Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Wang Shuhe is a famous historical and cultural celebrity in our province, and the academic community recognizes Uncle Wang and his landmark medical contributions mainly in two aspects, the first is to excavate and sort out the "Typhoid Fever Theory", it is thanks to Wang Shuhe's extensive collection and careful collation that the medical masterpiece "On Typhoid Fever" has been passed down and guided the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine for nearly two thousand years. Another great contribution of Wang Shuhe was the compilation of a far-reaching monograph on pulse science, the "Pulse Classic", which became a collection of ancient and modern recognized pulse diagnosis.

Feng Hai, president of the Shanxi Wangshu and Cultural Research Association, introduced that the organization and sustainability of Wangshu and cultural research is of great significance for promoting the inheritance of the essence, integrity and innovation, and breaking out of new roads in the province's traditional Chinese medicine cause. Liu Xing, president of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, hopes to take the establishment of the research association as an opportunity to gather the strengths of all parties, absorb the strengths of each family, dig deep into the essence of Uncle Wang and culture, jointly write papers on the land of China, open the classroom on the thick soil of the Three Jins, root scientific research in the vivid practice of building a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine, take the pulse of medical services on the urgent needs of the people in the Three Jins, and contribute to the construction of a healthy China and a healthy Shanxi.
