▶ Guangzhou Mayun Automobile Driver Training Service Co., Ltd

Registered address: 221, second floor, No. 1, Huangbian Village Patrol Road, Shiqiao Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou

On August 13, 2020, the Panyu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau received complaints from the public that Guangzhou Mayun Automobile Driver Training Service Co., Ltd. did not pay labor remuneration in full and in a timely manner. After filing an investigation, the company owed 47 employees a total of 489,792.82 yuan in wages from February to July 2020.

On September 21, 2020, the Panyu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued a "Labor Security Supervision Deadline Correction Instruction" to the company in accordance with the law, requiring the unit to pay the workers' wages within the time limit, but the company still failed to pay the deadline.

On December 25, 2020, the Panyu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the Panyu District Bureau of the Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau for handling on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration, and the public security organs have filed and investigated the case.

On February 9, 2021, the Zengcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the Zengcheng District Branch of the Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau for handling on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration, and the public security organs have filed and investigated the case.

On March 18 this year, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security announced the first batch of 15 cases of major wage arrears in 2021 and the employers included in the "blacklist" of wages owed to migrant workers (the first batch in 2021).
