Rescuers persuaded the homeless to receive help
On October 10, the rescue center of the Sixing County Civil Affairs Bureau received a rescue notice from the Shensuo Police Station of the Sixing County Public Security Bureau, and a homeless man needed help at the bottom of the highway bridge in the southern village of Shensuo Town. After receiving the notice, the person in charge of the Rescue Center of the Sixing County Civil Affairs Bureau and volunteers from the local public welfare organization immediately drove to the scene.
In a remote corner of the high-speed bridge in the southern village of Shensuo Town, more than ten kilometers away from the county seat of Sixing, the rescuers found a homeless person who looked very thin and had limited mobility, and asked hu who knew that the other party needed help. At that time, his belongings included only a plastic bag of luggage and a bicycle, and the rescuers immediately distributed him bread and other food.

Hu also claimed to have mental illness.
After some persuasion, the staff took him to a nearby hospital for nucleic acid testing and a comprehensive physical examination, and the results of the examination showed that Hu had no other diseases except malnutrition. After that, the rescue center personnel, together with the police, handled the rescue entry procedures for Hu Mou according to the procedure.
Just when the staff and the police verified the identity of the information provided by Hu, they found that Hu's words were flickering and panicked, and the different names and addresses provided were proved to be false, and he also claimed that there was no family contact information. Subsequently, the police found several thousand yuan in cash and a mobile phone without electricity in his luggage.
Why would a person carrying thousands of yuan in cash wander under the high-speed bridge? The police and rescue personnel have doubts, recalling the doubts when Hu was rescued, and the rescuers have doubts about Hu's true identity.
The suspect was caught by the police
In the next few days, the rescue personnel carefully took care of Hu And constantly communicated patiently with Hu, and finally broke through Hu's psychological defense line. On October 14, the rescue personnel communicated with Hu again on the pretext of helping him go home, asking about Hu's true identity. Since the police were not present at the time, Hu let down his vigilance and told his situation.
Hu Mou said that he was a fresh person from Qingyuan, who fled to other places many years ago because of injuries in his hometown, and has been wandering around so far. Hu also said that because he felt the care and warmth of the rescuers in the rescue center, he decided to tell them the truth. Upon learning of this situation, the rescue personnel immediately contacted the public security organs. After verification, it was determined that Hu mou was a murder suspect who had absconded for 17 years.
At present, Hu Mou has been taken away by the public security organs and awaits further processing.
