More than 20 years ago, Li Li did not understand it, and the intuitive feeling brought by his eyes was only two words - "very good", so he applied for medical school and put on a white coat. Although there is no legend, but studious and strong Li Li still became the leader in that medical school, after graduating in 1996 directly into the clinical frontline, after the emergency department, hematology, respiratory, internal medicine, oncology and other experience, and finally chose to be a respiratory doctor.

Many people know that there are many things in the respiratory department, in addition to some common diseases, there are critical and severe diseases, and the reasons for the final death of many patients are also related to respiratory failure, so at that time, Li Li worked overtime is a common thing, holidays are also normal, many times busy one night a little rest the next day and then work still feel full of energy. It is also in such an environment that the more you do and the more patients you come into contact with, Li Li's skills are rapidly improved and growing rapidly.

In 2003, when SARS arrived, the respiratory department bore the brunt of it, and all doctors waited. Qingdao Chest Hospital serves as the designated hospital for SARS. One day, Li Li suddenly received a phone call to go to the hospital, and he hurriedly informed his family that he had left.

After that, someone asked him, was he nervous at that moment?

Li Li said that there is tension, but more energy is how to complete the task well and do a good job of self-protection. As a respiratory doctor, daily protection is their basic skill, after SARS, training strengthened, so when it comes to protection, he is not worried, as long as he is carefully in place according to the requirements of the process. The epidemic naturally does not leave too much emotional time for people, the tension flashed by, and the key points of treatment were pondered in their hearts, and Li Li quickly participated in the rescue work.

"The profession of doctor is particularly hard, but when watching patients recover and be discharged from the hospital, their hearts are full of a sense of accomplishment, which is our value." With the increase of clinical experience, Li Li admitted that these changes that have occurred in his heart, especially in the two weeks of face-to-face with the SARS virus, have made him deeply understand that the responsibilities of this white coat on his body are heavy, and his heart is full of passion and yearning. It was at this stage that he wrote down his application to join the party and joined the party in the line of fire.

In 2013, Li Li came to the medical department and became a manager. In his opinion, it is just a different position, providing services to patients in different ways. Clinical services are direct services, while management positions are indirect services through effective medical management.

The medical department is a core department that is recognized by the whole hospital as busy and chaotic but very important, and the work efficiency and quality here directly affect the quality and reputation of the hospital's medical care.

Shouldering the trust of the organization, with the help of the leaders and the support of the department, he was full of confidence and devoted himself to the medical management work. Medical quality management and service level improvement is the eternal theme of hospital management, but also the top priority of the medical department, he adheres to the "patient-centered" service concept, improves the medical management organization, improves the core medical rules and regulations, strengthens quality control supervision and inspection, strengthens medical safety education and medical quality management training. Years of clinical research touched his life, and later the medical department administrator made him understand the power of people and the importance of rules. In 2017, Li Li became the vice president of Chengyang District People's Hospital, in charge of medical treatment, quality control, information, traditional Chinese medicine, etc., to find out the road and point out the direction for the work.

After the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia, the hospital immediately set up a medical treatment expert group composed of 20 experts for the new coronavirus pneumonia. Three vice presidents of the respiratory profession served as the general team leader, and Li Li was one of the general leaders of the expert group, in charge of medical treatment. In this special battle without gun smoke, he led the medical department to form 9 teams, do a good job in various diagnosis and treatment training, formulate various diagnosis and treatment plans for new crown pneumonia, and transport confirmed patients. At the same time, the establishment of a three-level review system to screen the patient's condition, front-line medical staff first send the results of the medical records to the hospital experts and fever clinics, they will put forward opinions on whether the patient is observed, whether it is suspected, etc. to report to the expert group, the expert group immediately after receiving the case discussion through the telephone voice conference, put forward diagnosis and treatment opinions. This work has been started from the beginning of the epidemic to the present, there is no end time, no day and night, as long as the patient comes to start. In addition, other management work in the hospital is also in progress.

It was night, at 12:30 a.m., Li Li's phone rang, and the patient test results sent at 10 o'clock the night before had come out, and he opened the computer again...
