#Read#Poetry Li Li's Song of the Earth

Recently searched for books on the Internet, saw a book called "White Dove Mulan", the author is called Li Li, suddenly remembered a female poet named Li Li decades ago, and then looked at it, it was the same person. I wanted to find her poems on the Internet, but I didn't find them. Think about a poem that I read when I was young, called "Song of the Earth", decades later, it still remains in the memory, and if you touch it a little, you will clearly recall it.

Anyway, I couldn't find her poems on the Internet, I flipped through the bookcase, and actually found it, the book has been a bit rotten, but the content inside is still clearly visible. It was a book published in 1980, and when Li Li was introduced, she was also said to be a young female poet, and there was no photograph. The poem was also very simple and easy to understand, but it hit me so deeply that I remembered this author for so many years.

I searched the internet for the author's photos and introduced them in more detail, but I still left my previous memories here.

【Reading Tips】

Song of the Earth is a four-part group of poems. The author has left her hometown to live overseas since she was a child, and this time she stepped on the Luohu Bridge from Hong Kong, crossed the Shenzhen River, and returned to the embrace of the motherland, ecstatic and emotional. She toured Dianchi Lake in Kunming and met with the West Lake in Hangzhou, expressing her love for the motherland affectionately. When she waved goodbye to the earth, she saw the motherland in the sunshine and couldn't help but sing the motherland's "Song of the Earth" from her heart. The author's imagination is rich and his feelings are fierce. The parts of the group poem are relatively independent in form, closely related in content, echoing at the beginning and end, and complete in structure.

Song of the Earth

One

A small river

I heard about it a long time ago, a small river

A small town on the other side of the river

A point on the map

A distant dream in my heart

It is the Mid-Autumn Festival of this year

I came to the island beyond the river

Wait for the moon to set, wait for the sunrise

Waiting to catch one

Train going north

Wait to cross the bridge over the river step by step

With a thousand arms and a thousand eyes

Embrace the mighty earth

Can't sleep on the Mid-Autumn Festival

Imagine the melancholy moonlight

A small river flowing quietly

Whispers of the sound of water

Call me over the mountains of the world

Step on the hills of your heart

Thousands of miles to cross my little river

Before sunrise, pack your bags

Shake off a ten-year journey

Clouds and moons, dust and ess

Shenzhen River, Luohu Bridge

Just one step, nine days to turn one by one

Dreams gallop in the desert

Ecstatic heart, resting by the river

【Notes】

(1) (A small river) refers to the Zhen River in Shenzhen.

(2) (Town) refers to Shenzhen.

(3) (Island) means Hong Kong

Reading impressions

The feeling of reading decades ago is still there, but the world is changing too fast, and the author's Shenzhen and Luohu Bridge have changed drastically. At that time, we did not expect that Shenzhen would develop to a prosperous and modern that we could not imagine at that time, and we in China have become so prosperous and powerful, especially since the epidemic last year, we can appreciate the meaning of a strong China for each of us.

From the annotations at that time, it can be seen that Shenzhen was still an unfamiliar name to the majority of readers at that time, and there was also a pinyin to annotate.
