Japanese veteran Kei Nishikori twice trailed twice to equalize the score in a match against 23rd seed Russia's Khachanov, winning the decider 6:4, and finally after nearly four hours of fierce fighting, Nishikori Kei eliminated Khachanov 3:2 to advance to the round of 32.
Five-set scores: 4:6, 6:2, 2:6, 6:4, 6:4.
In the next round, Kei Nishikori will face 11-seeded Agut's Swiss player Lacosannan, who eliminated 11 seeds Agut.
Zverev
Although the No. 6 seed Zverev defeated another Russian player, Safi Urin, 3:0, the process was not easy, and the first and third sets were won by snatching seven.
