Following the concentrated start and production of a number of key projects in the city's industrial, infrastructure and service industries, on July 30, another batch of key projects landed, started and put into operation in Jiancaoping District and Zhongbei High-tech Industrial Development Zone. Taiyuan R&F Tianxi City L Area Project, located in the Sanzhi Area of Jiancaoping District, is a large-scale urban complex integrating office, residence, life and leisure, with a total construction area of 890,000 square meters, a total investment of 5.2 billion yuan, and an estimated annual turnover of more than 700 million yuan after completion, which can achieve profits and taxes of 58 million yuan. At the site of the project's foundation laying, the construction vehicles were ready to go, and the morale of the construction personnel was high. Luo Qingyu and his party came here, combined with the exhibition board to inspect the effect display, listened to the overall planning of the three areas and the urban complex project planning, and learned more about the construction schedule, supporting facilities, business layout and so on. Luo Qingyu urged the responsible comrades of the enterprise to keep an eye on the time node, optimize the construction organization, accelerate the construction progress under the premise of ensuring quality and safety, and promote the completion and operation of the project as soon as possible. Taiyuan Huichuan Technology Co., Ltd. project, a total area of 150,000 square meters, divided into two phases of construction. Among them, the first phase of the project is 84,000 square meters, and the construction of large transmission, engineering transmission and other production lines and related supporting buildings. At the project start site, Luo Qingyu and his party learned in detail about the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of North Central University in the North China High-tech Zone, listened carefully to the project introduction, and laid the foundation for the project. Luo Qingyu hopes that enterprises will give full play to their own advantages, focus on intelligent manufacturing, rail transit, new energy vehicles and other fields, lay out more industrial projects, and help the city accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system. Located in the Strategic Basic Materials Industrial Park of the North China High-tech Industrial Development Zone, sapphire crystal growth project, products are widely used in optoelectronics, communications, national defense, military, scientific research and other high-tech fields, on July 6, the city's industrial project supervision activities, Luo Qingyu asked relevant parties to vigorously support and help, accelerate project construction, to ensure that it is put into production as soon as possible. At present, the No. 1 long crystal workshop has been completed, 180 sapphire monocrystalline furnaces have been installed, of which 40 have been trial production, and the first batch of 12 crystal products has been released. Luo Qingyu and his party combined the exhibition board and electronic screen to listen to the introduction of the project construction, and fully affirmed that the project took more than 3 months from the signing of the contract to the completion and production, and created the "Taiyuan Speed". In the No. 1 production workshop, Luo Qingyu inspected the sapphire mobile phone screen, mobile phone glass special processing tool, diamond grinding wheel and other product displays, to understand the product application and market prospects, asked about the technical route, process flow, and congratulated the product on the production line. He encouraged enterprises to adhere to the leadership of science and technology, aim at the forefront of the industry, seize market opportunities, and promote the development of products to refinement, scale, industrialization and high value.
