Recently, Huangyan Gaoqiao Lianfeng Luoyu Industrial Park (Block B) successfully completed the bidding project (construction general contracting, supervision), and the project will soon start construction. The construction period is expected to be 402 days.
Huangyan Gaoqiao Lianfeng Luoyu Green Industrial Park is the only industrial project in the first batch of "Slope Villages and Towns" pilot projects in Zhejiang Province. The project is located in Lianfeng Village, Gaoqiao Street, with a planned construction land area of about 49,881 square meters and a total construction area of about 95,954 square meters. Among them, the underground garage construction area is 5200 square meters, the underground area is 6073 square meters, the above ground construction area of 1#-15# production workshop is 82994 square meters, and the building area of the corridor is 1687 square meters.
After completion, it will build high-end manufacturing industrial parks such as automobile supporting and molding manufacturing, which can drive the development of surrounding industries and enhance industrial competitiveness.
