But there were always those who betrayed the revolution and betrayed their companions. As one of the first members of the Communist Party of China to join the Party, Mr. Zhu Kejing was brutally betrayed and captured by Chiang Kai-shek when he persuaded his former classmates to surrender, and he sacrificed his life because he was unwilling to surrender.

Mr. Zhu Kejing was born in Hunan, and when he was young, he was also influenced by the ideas of the May Fourth Movement, and the idea of patriotism stirred in his mind. When he was a student at Peking University, he often took to the streets with his classmates. In the second year of the founding of the Communist Party of China, he joined the party organization and went to the Soviet Union for a study tour because of his excellent performance.
After returning from the Soviet Union, Zhu Kejing took up his post in the Third Army at the request of the party organization, when the political foundation of the Third Army was complex, there was a deep warlord atmosphere, and even soldiers smoked opium. In the face of such a contingent, Mr. Zhu Kejing was not discouraged, but infected the decadent soldiers of the time with his full revolutionary enthusiasm and completed the transformation of the Third Army in a short period of time.
At the height of the revolution, Chiang Kai-shek suppressed and squeezed out the Communist Party through a series of incidents, and even wanted to stir up "anti-communist" ideas within the Third Army. Under the reasoning of Mr. Zhu Kejing, the spokesman sent by Chiang Kai-shek was punished, and the "anti-communist" ideology within the Third Army gradually subsided.
As Chiang Kai-shek's "anti-communist" ideology became more and more serious, and in the face of the Japanese, Chiang Kai-shek always mentioned the idea that "foreign countries must first be safe inside", and only wanted to fight a civil war. This made Mr. Zhu very angry and resolutely broke away from the Kuomintang.
After Zhu Kejing broke away from the Kuomintang, he was repeatedly hunted down and killed, but he successfully escaped and launched the "Nanchang Uprising" together with Zhou Enlai, Zhu De, and others. After the victory of the uprising, Mr. Zhu went south to Chaoshan with the army, unfortunately surrounded by the Kuomintang, the army suffered heavy casualties, and Mr. Zhu lost contact with the party organization after breaking through.

After Mr. Zhu lost contact with the party organization, he traveled all the way to Guangxi, and was invited by his classmates in his childhood to come to Guangxi Normal School to teach students. Later, he was discovered by the great warlord Bai Chongxi and urged Mr. Zhu to submit to him. Mr. Zhu was reluctant and afraid of angering Bai Chongxi, so he went to Jiangxi to join his wife's uncle in desperation.
Mr. Zhu's wife's uncle, Mr. Wenqun, who was in charge of rural credit cooperation in Henan, Hubei, Jiangxi and Fujian provinces at the time, thought mr. Zhu was very talented and invited Mr. Zhu to help with these affairs.
Mr. Zhu thought that this was a practical thing that could help the villagers, so he agreed, and since then, Mr. Zhu has been helping farmers build water conservancy projects and purchase agricultural tools in the rural areas of the four provinces for the next ten years.

Soon ten years passed, the War of Resistance Against Japan broke out in full swing, and after Mr. Zhu learned the news, his blood boiled, and he said to his family that he would devote himself to the War of Resistance. After settling his family, he went to Nanchang to join the New Fourth Army.
At that time, Ye Ting, the commander of the New Fourth Army, was very attached to Mr. Zhu, and because Mr. Zhu was familiar with the Kuomintang, he asked Mr. Zhu to contact those officers who were dissatisfied with the current situation of the Kuomintang. Among them, Mr. Zhu's old classmate Hao Pengju was preparing to rebel against the Kuomintang, and Mr. Zhu went to contact him.
What he didn't expect was that Hao Pengju only had a heart, but he didn't have the guts. After meeting Mr. Zhu, he turned around and reported Mr. Zhu to Chiang Kai-shek. Soon, Chiang Kai-shek captured Mr. Zhu. Out of love for talents, at first Chiang Kai-shek did not want to kill Mr. Zhu, but instead personally went to persuade him to surrender many times, and Mr. Zhu preferred to die, and Chiang Kai-shek became angry and brutally killed Mr. Zhu.
Mr. Zhu devoted his life to the revolution, not for the sake of great wealth and nobility, but only to be able to do something practical for the people, even if he was betrayed by villains, he did not change his original intention. Mr. Zhu died two years before the founding of New China, and there are many people like Mr. Zhu who have not seen the founding of New China, but they have exchanged their lives and blood for our happy life today, and only such revolutionaries can create a great Chinese nation like ours.
