On November 2, 2020, Zhang Huaqi, a 77-year-old calligrapher from Linshui County, accompanied by his family, personally visited the Linshui County Library to present 47 volumes of precious local literature such as "Ink Marks of Time". The library will treasure the precious documents donated by Zhang Huaqi's predecessors in a special counter, and sincerely invite the general public to the library for reference.

Zhang Huaqi, born in 1944 in Linshui, Sichuan, studied at Dingping Primary School, Linshui Middle School and Chongqing Kaizhou Middle School in Linshui County, and graduated from Chongqing Jiaotong University. He once worked in the Highway Bureau and the Department of Transportation of Gansu Province, and once taught at the Correspondence University of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting, vice president of Gansu Jiaotong University, deputy secretary general and organization director of the Gansu Provincial Committee for the Promotion of Democracy, executive vice president of the Calligraphy and Painting Research Association of the Gansu Provincial Committee of the China Association for the Advancement of Democracy, director of the Gansu Branch of the Enlightened Painting Academy, member of the Chinese Book Association, art consultant of the Western Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, researcher of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, and is now a member of the Chinese Poetry Society, the honorary president of the Sichuan Linshui Poetry Society, the consultant of the Linshui Poetry Society, and the researcher of the Gansu Provincial Government Literature and History Research Museum. His books have been exhibited in China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and other countries for many times, published in many authoritative newspapers and periodicals in China, and many of his books have been collected by museums, museums of culture and history, memorial halls, calligraphy and painting academies, academies, cultural centers and other national units, and have also been collected by Mr. Samaranch, former president of the International Olympic Committee. His works have won many national awards and been included in many national authoritative classics.
