According to Fujian Daily, the Cangshan District of Fuzhou City recently held the unveiling ceremony of the science and technology innovation town and the signing ceremony of the first batch of settled enterprises. This is the first science and technology innovation town in Cangshan District to explore the pilot use of existing buildings in the old city.

The town is located in Cangshan District, Xianghu Street, three roads, with a total construction area of 51,000 square meters, has settled in more than 20 science and technology innovation enterprises in the field of software information industry.

According to reports, the construction of Cangshan Science and Technology Innovation Town is an important measure for Cangshan District to fully integrate into the construction of Fuzhou Science and Technology Innovation Corridor and base itself on the industrial development positioning of "Smart Cangshan Mountain", and it is also the first trial for the district to rely on the scientific research resources and scientific and educational advantages of surrounding universities to dock with the science and technology innovation industry, and is committed to cracking the idle space and buildings in the old city and the restriction of industrial development.

Next, Cangshan District will take this as an opportunity to give full play to the resources of finance, universities and other resources in the region, promote the connection between banks and enterprises, schools and enterprises, create a good business environment, and strive to settle in 120 science and technology innovation enterprises by the end of 2022, injecting new momentum into the economic development of the old city.
