Jian'ao Village, surrounded by Xishan On three sides, east of Yinxi Plain, with a narrow and long strip shape is located on both sides of Jian'ao Creek, the west of the village has the Xunzhiling Ancient Road to Zhangshuilingxia Village, is a simple, original ancient village, for the third batch of historical and cultural villages in Ningbo. During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, it was a "Red Fortress Village", and there were 7 revolutionary historical sites and 14 historical buildings in the village, including the former site of the SimingDi Committee of the CPC Central Committee, the former site of the Yinfeng County CPC Committee, the site of the Jian'ao Grain War, the former residence of the "Jian'ao Mother", the site of the Meeting of The Anti-Japanese Fighters Who Persisted in The Struggle, the former site of the CPC Oak Community Committee, and the site of the Japanese Army's burning of Jian'ao. The original democratic surnames of Jian'ao Village are Tang, Ma, Tong, Chen and Zheng. During the Song Dynasty, Tang Sijian moved from Fujian to Jian'ao Shangtang, Ma Xiaokuan moved from Bieliang to Majia, and during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, Tong quan moved in from Cixi, and was divided into Shangtang, Xiatang, Majia, Tongjia and other family settlements.

The former site of the YINfeng County CPC Committee, the site of the CPC Yinfeng County Committee Meeting, the Jian'ao Primary School, and the old Baoshan Nunnery building were demolished and built into a new-style school building after liberation. From 1942 to 1943, the Yinfeng County Commissioner's Office and the Yinfeng County Cpc Committee were secretly stationed here. Shou Wenkui (Chen Zhigang) served as the CCP's Commissioner of Yinfeng County and worked under the cover of a teacher at Jian'ao Primary School.

In the autumn of 1942, the first enlarged meeting of the Yinfeng County CPC Committee was held in Jian'ao, Meiyuan, and Luo Baihua, deputy secretary of the Siming Prefectural Cpc Committee, attended the meeting.

The former site of the Siming Prefectural Committee of the Communist Party of China, Jian'ao Qingfang, is the first station of the Siming Prefectural Committee of the Communist Party of China. The old site sits southwest and faces northeast, which is a three-bay old-style building, except for the front eaves changed to a modern platform style, the other structures in the house have not been changed. On July 28, 1942, the Zhejiang Eastern District Committee of the Communist Party of China was established, and in August, the Siming Working Committee of the Communist Party of China was established, with Wang Wenxiang as secretary. In mid-September, the newly established Siming Working Committee was changed to the Prefectural Committee. Secretary Wang Wenxiang, deputy secretary and organization director Luo Baihua, after a few days of temporary residence in Jian'ao Primary School, officially rented a room in Jian'aoQing next to the creek to guide the struggle of the entire Siming area, and at the end of the year, the Siming Prefectural Committee moved to the central area of Siming Mountain in Yaonan.

"Jian'ao Mother" is the place where the elderly Zhong Renmei, one of the "Three Mothers of Yinxi", lived, worked and covered for revolutionary comrades during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation. She sent several sons to the road of revolution. During the Liberation War, her family became a secret liaison station, and she risked her life to protect the lives of more than a dozen comrades, and the revolutionaries at that time affectionately called her "Jian'ao Mother" and "Revolutionary Mother".

In November 1944, in order to protect the safety of the county party committee and the county office, the Yinfeng County Committee of the Communist Party of China decided to establish the Yinfeng County Guard; in May 1945, the Yinxian County Brigade was established, the county magistrate Yan Shi rotated and captained the brigade, and the militia brigade was established, and at the same time the Yinxian Guard Was established, with Shao Yiping as the captain.

The former site of the Oak Community Committee of the Communist Party of China, sitting northeast to southwest, is located in the left secondary and Ming rooms of the seven-bay row of houses, which is a two-story wooden structure. In December 1944, in order to strengthen the leadership over the work of opening up the new district, the Yinfeng County Committee of the COMMUNIST Party of China decided to establish the Cpc Oak Community Committee and the District Bureau according to the instructions of the superiors, with Xu Jian as the secretary and Huang Zhenjiang as the district chief, and the station was located in the Tang Lin Ju family of Jian'ao Bu Tang.
