For example, if you do real estate yesterday and sell buns tomorrow, you sell buns with the thinking of doing real estate, and the probability of success is very small. Different people think differently in different ways. The way of thinking remains the same, and business change is impossible.
In short, transformation pain is not painful, depending on which explanation you find and which new one to start with. Can the transformation survive? Not only depends on the business model, but more importantly, the organization and personnel, to keep up. If you just watch others make money so quickly, you follow the business model change, and the organization does not change, it will not be successful.
