In accordance with the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Reply Opinions of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Issues Concerning the Adjustment of the Posts of Directors of the Supervision Commission", and with reference to article 44 of the "Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels", the Thirty-ninth Session of the Standing Committee of the Fifth People's Congress of Jingzhou City decided that Comrade Yan Jigang should be the deputy director and acting director of the Jingzhou Municipal Supervision Commission.
Decision on accepting Comrade Li Kai's request to resign as director of the Jingzhou Municipal Supervision Commission
In accordance with the documents of the Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee (Jing Fagan [2021] No. 57) and Comrade Li Kai's resignation request, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China, and with reference to article 27 of the Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels, the 39th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fifth People's Congress of Jingzhou City decided to accept Comrade Li Kai's request to resign as director of the Jingzhou Municipal Supervision Commission.
Regarding the decision of Comrade Jia Yasheng as vice president and acting president of the Intermediate People's Court of Jingzhou City
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels", it was decided that Comrade Jia Yasheng would be the vice president and acting president of the Jingzhou Intermediate People's Court.
Decision on accepting Comrade Wu Xing's request to resign as president of the Jingzhou Intermediate People's Court
In accordance with the document of the Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee (Jing Fagan [2021] No. 60) and Comrade Wu Xing's resignation request, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels, it was decided to accept Comrade Wu Xing's request to resign as president of the Intermediate People's Court of Jingzhou City.
Regarding the decision of Comrade Yu Shujin as deputy chief procurator and acting chief procurator of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels," it was decided that Comrade Yu Shujin would be the deputy chief procurator and acting chief procurator of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate.
Decision on accepting Comrade Wang Cunfeng's request to resign as chief procurator of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate
In accordance with the documents of the Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee (Jing Fagan [2021] No. 60) and Comrade Wang Cunfeng's resignation request, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels, it was decided to accept Comrade Wang Cunfeng's request to resign as chief procurator of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate.
