The FIFA Puskash Award, FIFA's Goal of the Year Award, was established in 2009 by FIFA President Blatter. To reward the footballer who scored the most beautiful goal of the year.
Named after legendary Hungarian striker Puskáš, the Puskáš Awards are presented at a FIFA awards ceremony at the end of each year or early the following year.
