The film is based on true events and won the Golden Kirin Award for Best Film at the Tokyo Festival in 2011. The plot of the play is that because of a skydiving accident, the white rich man Philip is paralyzed in bed and wants to hire a full-time escort. Due to the high salary, the applicants are crowded, and all of them are brilliant, but they can't impress his heart. It wasn't until the appearance of a black Desis that he made the decision on that candidate. Desis had just come out of prison, burdened with his family, obsessed with finding a resignation letter to claim relief, and his interest in female assistants was clearly far greater than the job.
But Philip still fell in love with the young man at a glance, so Desis began a one-month probationary period. Although living in a comfortable mansion made him feel vain, he still faced many challenges: he not only had to help Philip recover, but also had to bathe him, enemas, open letters, wear stockings, and so on. At first, the two people's ways of thinking and values were very different, but as they deepened their understanding, they eventually became close friends.

The who had just been released from prison, this was because Desis often forgot the fact that Philip was paralyzed, and that he wanted such a person, without pity for him, without special treatment of him, without discrimination against him. Desis would push him out of the house at midnight when he was ill, smoke together in the street, bet on acting to trick the police to show them the way, and would hide from everyone to go skydiving in the mountains, taking him to the sense of conquest of the beauty of the earth from above, allowing him to break his paralyzed inferiority complex to pursue his love.
What people with disabilities may need is not everyone's pity and special treatment, they need respect, respect that treats them like a normal ordinary person.
