In the first three quarters of this year, the added value of the city's primary industry reached 19.67 billion yuan, an increase of 8.2% year-on-year, and the supply of rice bags, vegetable baskets and fruit plates of the people of the city was fully guaranteed; the added value of the secondary industry reached 120.37 billion yuan, an increase of 5.6% year-on-year, driving economic growth by 2 percentage points, providing strong support for the economic development of Cangzhou; the added value of the tertiary industry reached 165.07 billion yuan, an increase of 9.8% year-on-year, driving economic growth by 5.5 percentage points. The tertiary industry has risen strongly, showing the stable development of transportation, warehousing and postal services, the continuous recovery of wholesale and retail industries, the development of accommodation and catering industries, and the great potential for the development of for-profit service industries.
The city's GDP has increased by an average of 4.9% in two years, 0.3 percentage points higher than the provincial average, and the economic operation is more tenacious. Among them, the added value of the primary industry increased by an average of 4.9% in two years, the added value of the secondary industry increased by an average of 4.4% in two years, and the added value of the tertiary industry increased by an average of 5.3% in two years.
