Total nickel online analyzer
System Overview:
Total nickel online analyzer is an online analytical instrument that measures the total nickel or nickel ion concentration in water by colorimetry, which can automatically monitor the total nickel or nickel ions in various water bodies for a long time unattended. Its measurement methods and devices can monitor lower concentrations of total nickel.
Basic principle:
Butanedione oxime (dimethylglyoxal oxime) spectrophotometric determination of industrial wastewater and nickel-contaminated environmental water, in ammonia solution, iodine presence, nickel and butanedione oxime action, the formation of a composition ratio of 1:4 burgundy soluble complex. Spectrophotometric determination at a wavelength of 530 nm.
System Features:
Low failure rate, lower maintenance, lower reagent consumption, and better price/performance ratio and accuracy;
Accurate metering, less reagent usage, low maintenance costs in the later stage;
Using technologically advanced multi-directional select valve, the channel is flexible and diverse, which greatly reduces the maintenance amount and maintenance cost;
The use of imported original components and independent research and development technology, greatly improving the measurement accuracy and resolution of the instrument;
The use of accurate temperature control technology overcomes the influence of temperature drift and ensures that the sample reaction conditions are more in line with the requirements;
The use of imported components and domestic well-known brand spare parts, beautiful, long life;
Can be customized non-standard parameters, to meet a variety of harsh monitoring environment,
Support remote control and communication.
Automatic recovery function, abnormal alarm or automatic handling, after processing, it will return to the original working state.
Fields of application:
Online monitoring of wastewater from industrial pollution sources (mining, smelting, alloy production, metal processing, electroplating, chemical industry, ceramics and glass, etc.); online monitoring of water use in industrial processes; online monitoring of surface water quality and other heavy metal online water quality monitoring.
