Friday, July 23. This is an ordinary day since the first working group of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions went to the grass-roots level to carry out the squatting activities in Changchun New Area.
The first stop in the morning, we came to the high-tech zone Yada Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to visit and investigate. They visited the production workshop and the powerful staff activity room of the enterprise with reasonable layout and advanced equipment, and had in-depth exchanges on the work of the trade union in the conference room with the relevant comrades of the enterprise trade union. After Sun Xiaoru, chairman of the Asia University Trade Union, reported on the overall development trend of the enterprise and the overall work of the trade union, we gave specific and in-depth guidance and made targeted suggestions for the construction of workers' homes, democratic management of enterprises, labor skills competitions and other aspects. I also shared some good work ideas and innovative points mentioned in the curriculum system for the construction of workers' homes that I summarized and sorted out before, and encouraged comrades of enterprise trade unions to have the courage and good at improving their thinking and planning work from the four major functions of trade unions "participation, maintenance, construction and education" in addition to maintaining the good experience and practices of the past, and at the same time effectively safeguarding the rights and interests of employee members, through the implementation of factory affairs openness, democratic management system, skills competition activities, organization of lean management training classes and other aspects. Effectively gather the wisdom of the masses, improve the comprehensive quality of employees, optimize production, management details, truly achieve a win-win situation between labor and capital, and better promote the healthy development of enterprises.
The second stop is Changchun Wantong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Since the company is expanding, we went directly to the symposium. Yang Zhongsheng, chairman of the enterprise trade union, put forward many good practices in the overall report on the work of the enterprise trade union, especially his work idea of "combining trade union work with enterprise development, party and mass construction with trade union work" has been unanimously recognized by everyone. After that, we also sorted out and analyzed the various reasons why the work of changchun Wantong Pharmaceutical Trade Union has been carried out with great sound and color - competent responsible comrades, united trade union teams, clear work ideas, bold innovation awareness, positive responsibility mentality, and so on. When I left, I sincerely invited Chairman Yang Zhongsheng to share the experience and practices of the workers' home as the chairman of the grass-roots trade union in the future training class organized by the Provincial General Grassroots Work Department.
In the afternoon, we and the Changchun New District Federation of Trade Unions held a learning training and knowledge contest with the Changchun New District Federation of Trade Unions in Silicon Valley Street, and a meeting to promote the integration of the station and home. The knowledge contest takes the form of an examination, which mainly assesses the party history knowledge and trade union knowledge of the township (street) trade union cadres in the new district. We and the cadres of the Changchun New Area Federation of Trade Unions approved the papers on the spot, selected the first, second and third prizes, and issued honorary certificates. After the exam, everyone got something out of it. The subsequent meeting conveyed the work requirements put forward by the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions during the recent investigation in Changchun New Area and the spirit of the meeting of the Provincial Grassroots Work Promotion Committee; the recent key tasks and work arrangements of the Changchun New Area Federation of Trade Unions.
It was a very ordinary day at squatting work, and it seemed that only half an hour of lunch was a break. It's hard and it's not hard. I say hard because every day is non-stop, and my body and mind are not idle. It is not hard to say that it is because we are going to the grass-roots squatting point on behalf of the provincial federation of trade unions, and the mission is glorious; in the work of squatting, there is the concern of the leaders, the expectations of the staff and workers, and the support and cooperation of the comrades of the provincial general assembly, the changchun city federation and the changchun new district federation of trade unions, full of responsibility and full of energy!
Sink down to know the anxiety of employees, and understand the cold and warm of employees only when the heart is close.
