On the morning of 18 January, at the fourth session of the 17th People's Congress of Suning County, Comrade Li Wenying was elected by a vote of the 163 people's congress deputies attending the meeting, unanimously elected the chief procurator of the Suning County People's Procuratorate, and held a constitutional oath-taking ceremony at the meeting site.
