In the case of Yin Guohua' dispute with Xie Liuzhong, Zhang Guanxin and you over the right to life, health and body, Yin Guohua appealed to this court against the (2016) Yue 0114 Min Chu No. 1044 Civil Judgment of the People's Court of Huadu District of Guangzhou City. The Court decided to sit at 08:45 on 12 September 2017 before the 22nd Tribunal. Because your whereabouts are unknown, it cannot be delivered. In accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the summons for service to you for court inquiry is announced to you. Sixty days from the date of this announcement shall be deemed to have been served. After the expiration of the time limit, this court will make a judgment in accordance with law.
