In order to promote Lu cuisine, the Shandong Provincial Cuisine Association and the Shandong TV Public Channel jointly launched the "Tiannandi Beishan Cuisine - Shandong Seventeen Cities Representative Dishes Selection Activity".

According to the Shandong Radio and Television Station's public channel "People's Livelihood Express", through the selection of the past two months, the 17 dishes representing 17 cities are: Jinan's nine-turn large intestine, Qingdao's oil-fried conch, Zibo's Zhoucun boiled pot, Zaozhuang's spicy chicken, Dongying's braised Yellow River estuary gayu, Yantai's onion-roasted sea cucumber, Weifang's Weixian Chaotian pot, Jining's carp smear cake, Tai'an's Taishan clear soup Sanmei, Weihai's pot fried sea sausage, Rizhao's sour and spicy mullet egg soup, Binzhou's vinegar brew (qi) small fish, Dezhou's double-flavored donkey meat, The hollow glass balls in Liaocheng, the Yimeng beef grits (sa) in Linyi, the Caozhou braised mat in Heze, and the fish head in The Milk Soup of Xueye Lake in Laiwu.
