On the afternoon of November 3, from the Fengyun No. 4 high-definition visible light satellite cloud map, the cold wave snow cloud has extended from Kazakhstan to the northern part of Xinjiang, and there has been significant snowfall in Altay in northern Xinjiang. Next, the cold wave will further go south, setting off a large-scale nationwide cold wave weather, the Central Meteorological Observatory has issued a yellow warning of cold wave on the evening of November 3, the second cold wave warning in the second half of the year.
In this cold wave, it is particularly important to pay attention to the fact that when the cold wave moves south, the warm and humid air flow is also very strong. In Xinjiang, the cold wave will press the water vapor from the Caspian Sea, the Black Sea and other places to rub in the Altai Mountains to create heavy snow, but in the central and eastern parts of China, especially in North China, Inner Mongolia and Northeast China, the cold wave will meet the Water Vapor of the Pacific Ocean, and eventually the cold and warm air will rub out a large temperate cyclone, and a wide range of snowfall is difficult to avoid.
In addition to snowfall in Xinjiang, with the advance of the cold wave, there will also be large-scale snowfall in the eastern, northern and northeastern regions of the northwest region. From the existing computer numerical forecasts, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Jilin, Heilongjiang and Liaoning may become the focus of snowfall, and there may be blizzards in many places, and it is not excluded that there will be extraordinarily large blizzards in local areas, and such ferocious blizzards have the risk of disasters.
Some computer numerical forecasts point out that because the water vapor in North China is particularly sufficient when the cold wave goes south, there is also the possibility of "first snow" in the Beijing and Tianjin plains of North China after the cold wave goes south, and even a relatively large snowfall may occur.
The forecast of the Central Meteorological Observatory also shows signs of large-scale rain and snow in northern China, from the evening of November 5 to November 6, there will be dense rain and snow from the east of Northwest China to North China, and the central and eastern parts of Inner Mongolia may appear as large as blizzard. As the cyclone gradually takes shape, the rain and snow in Northeast China and other places will be further strengthened after November 6. Therefore, meteorological analysts from the China Meteorological Channel have pointed out that this snowfall is not simple, and it needs to be highly concerned in the later stage!
