Chongqing, March 10 (Xinhua) -- After more than a month of postponement, the 2021 Cuba (China Collegiate Basketball League) All-Star Game scheduled for January 23 will be staged on March 13, and 24 CUBA All-Star players will present a long-lost basketball feast in the mountain city of Chongqing.
The winners of this year's All-Star Game are Li Weihao from Beijing University of Chemical Technology and Wang Lanlan from Tsinghua University, who will serve as the captains of the peak team and the elite team respectively, and the players in the team will be selected by the captains of both sides. In terms of coaching, Bai Jiang of Central South University and Ren Feng of Ningbo University will coach the peak team, while Chen Lei of Tsinghua University and Sun Shuqi of China University of Mining and Technology will coach the elite team.
In addition to the two ticket kings, the elite team's starting lineup includes Zhao Baiqing of Peking University, Zou Yang of Tsinghua University, Liu Yutao of Central South University and Wu Tingjia of China University of Mining and Technology; the starting lineup of the peak team includes Chen Guohao of Guangdong University of Technology, Li Yiyang of Xiamen University, Fan Huijun of Ningbo University and Jiang Shuai of Hunan Normal University.
This year's All-Star Game features five events: a one-on-one head-to-head game, a slam dunk contest, a three-point contest, a skill challenge tournament and an All-Star Tournament.
