JSTL标簽和asp.net中的webform控件很像，但是功能确比asp.net的強很多。
配置過程，從最簡單的項目開始：
1、下載下傳JSTL标簽庫：http://archive.apache.org/dist/jakarta/taglibs/standard/binaries/jakarta-taglibs-standard-1.1.2.zip，也可直接上http://archive.apache.org/dist/jakarta/taglibs/standard/binaries/
2、建立Dynamic Web Project
3、把下載下傳好的檔案，解壓之後進去到lib目錄下，拷貝如下檔案：
