Local chronicles of Huazhou, such as the Ming "Chronicle of Huazhou", the Qing "Chronicle of Continuing Huazhou" and the "Chronicle of Huaxian County", show that in the long history of history, the first famous historical figure in Huazhou was Zheng Huangong in the late Western Zhou Dynasty. In 806 BC, he was enfeoffed by King Xuan of Zhou in Zheng, which is today's Huazhou District of Weinan City, and founded the State of Zheng, becoming the first monarch of the State of Zheng. He reigned for 33 years, led the people of Zhengguo to reclaim the land, engage in farming, develop industry and commerce, manage water and build roads, build villages and people's houses, build township schools, spread culture, and lay the foundation for Zhengguo's political, economic, cultural and social customs.
Huan Gong Street
In the history of the Huazhou territory, the regional name tongguo may have appeared in the early Western Zhou Dynasty, but it is difficult to determine because the record is too vague and unclear. Therefore, as far as the historical data we are currently involved in, Zheng Guo is the first name similar to a local regime that can be clearly determined in the history of Huazhou Territory, and Zheng Huangong naturally became the first local chief executive in the history of Huazhou.
In addition to being recorded in historical documents such as the "Chronicle of History", his deeds have also been recorded and praised by local chronicles such as "Huazhou Zhi", "Continuing Huazhou Zhi", "HuaXian Zhi" and other local chronicles. The literati of huazhou throughout the ages had a lot of reverence for Zheng Huan's open territory and governance of the country, and many inscriptions were written. Zhang Guangxiao of the Ming Dynasty", "Rebuilding the Shaohuayue Temple Stele", praises: "Ancient Zheng's land, Zhou Huan leaned on Ze. Guo Sex's "Record of Creating Xuetian" said: "Since Zheng Huan's revival, the morale has increased huawei." In the early Qing Dynasty, Yang Duanben, a Jinshi of Tong Guan, once said in the article: "The wind of the machine forest wenzao is dancing, and the outstanding Zheng She pushes the famous sage." After visiting Zheng Huan Cemetery, Yang Weiqian, a Tongguan scholar of the Qing Dynasty, once inscribed a poem for him: "The building will fall into difficulty for the country, and it will be difficult to see the day and day." Accumulated into several generations of Qingtian hands, Mo Qiao remained in the middle of the qi. ”
Zheng Huangong was buried in zhengguo territory (present-day Xiguan Street, Huazhou District, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province) after sacrificing his body for the country at Lishan Mountain, and his mausoleum has been protected by local officials and people in Huazhou for more than 2,000 years.
Zheng Huan Cemetery
During the Ming and Qing dynasties, Zheng Huangong was enshrined in the Famous Eunuch Shrine and the Xiangxian Ancestral Hall in the Huazhou Confucian Temple, and accepted sacrifices and memorials from Huazhou officials and people for many years. In 1994, Huaxian established the "Zheng Huan Gong Research Association" to carry out research on Zheng Huangong, the first historical celebrity in Hua County, and formed a number of research results such as "Zheng Huan Gong and Shaanxi Hua County". A number of regional names with historical and cultural elements of Zheng Guo and Zheng Huan Gong, such as ShiCun Village, Huangong Township, Wangsu Town, Xianlin Middle School, Huan Gong Street, Guzheng Road, and Zheng Huan Gong Cemetery, still exist in the memory and real life of Huazhou people today. In Huazhou, the legends about Zheng Huangong are rich and colorful, and have been widely spread in the folk for thousands of years.
Zheng Huangong is the first important political and historical figure in Huazhou, and his ideological culture is one of the important sources of Huazhou's regional culture. To this day, Zheng Huangong's ideology and culture still affect the economy, society and culture of Huazhou, his ideological concepts of patriotism and love for the people, diligence and pragmatism, and the moral style of loyalty, filial piety, benevolence and integrity, which have become the core of Huazhou's humanistic spirit.
Guzheng Road
In Huazhou, the shaohua mountain cliff carved poem says: "Shaohua Cangcang, Weishui Yang; the wind of a gentleman, with it for a long time." "The gentleman's style of huazhou people probably originated from Zheng Huangong 2800 years ago.
