The post system is to take the township (street) as the unit, allocate the number of posts, posts and positions in the villages under its jurisdiction, and through strict control, openly recruit outstanding medical and health professional and technical personnel to enter the post, implement non-staff personnel and in-staff management, and promote the integrated development of rural areas.
Post management is not a career establishment in the traditional sense, but it is not an ordinary "contract worker" or "temporary worker", entering the post is to participate in the unified recruitment, and the entry and exit of the post needs to be handled in accordance with the prescribed procedures;
In terms of treatment, the treatment of post management and the staff in the establishment of the career are the same, basically no difference, which is the real meaning of the rural doctors' "outside the staff, inside the staff management".
The biggest difference between post management and career establishment is that it is not an "iron rice bowl" in the traditional sense, and whether or not post personnel are renewed needs to be re-evaluated on a regular basis. This is different from the situation in which public institutions are "only in and out". Of course, at present, the number of personnel in the village clinic is generally scarce, as long as the village doctor works seriously and does not make a mistake of principle, he can continue to hire.

Although the post management did not give the village doctor an "iron rice bowl", the basic treatment of the village doctor was guaranteed. After the implementation of the "post system" management reform, the government fixed subsidy for rural doctors has been increased from 1117 yuan / month to 2000 yuan / month, and village doctors can receive more than 800 yuan per month, and they can receive 24,000 yuan a year, which is more than 10,000 yuan more than before.
It is worth noting that the basic salary here does not include various subsidies, coupled with the implementation of the zero difference rate of basic drugs after the sale of subsidies, basic public health service project subsidies, general diagnosis and treatment income, etc., the average monthly subsidy for rural doctors in the county is stable at more than 5,000 yuan, more than 60,000 yuan per year.
The basic salary of 2,000 yuan seems to be very low, but it makes village doctors in other regions envious. At present, village doctors in many areas do not have a basic salary. You can only rely on some subsidies to get by, work more, and lose your financial resources once you suspend business during the epidemic.

Pay four types of insurance
After the implementation of the "post system" management reform, the insurance of rural doctors in Majiang County has also increased from the original two types of insurance to four, namely, urban workers' pension insurance, medical liability insurance, work injury insurance and new rural cooperative medical insurance.
Not only that, Majiang County gives performance appraisal rewards to village doctors who are rated as "excellent" in this year's year-end assessment with reference to the outstanding reward standards for the evaluation of public institution employees. Differentiated subsidies are given to village doctors who have obtained the qualification of practicing assistant physicians or college degrees in village clinics in remote areas.
At present, 63 administrative villages in Majiang County are equipped with a total of 85 "post system" rural doctors, achieving full coverage of rural doctors in administrative village clinics.
In response to this reform, the local village doctor praised it. "After the implementation of the 'post system' reform, not only has our salary level been raised, but the insurance has also increased from the original 'two types of insurance' to 'four types of insurance', which has really solved our worries and made us more at ease to stay in the village clinic and work."
