Legend has it that in ancient times, soldiers fought in order to facilitate the carrying of dry food, they would use a pot to bake a hole in the cake with a rope to wear up and hang it in front of and behind the body, and when they were hungry, they would eat a few bites, neither delaying time nor starving, because the hanging time was long, the cake was dry and hard, and the arrows shot by the enemy were just blocked by the cake, so it was called "pot helmet".
