1. Both parties A and B divorce voluntarily.

2. Child support, maintenance and visitation rights:

8. If a dispute arises during the implementation of this Agreement after it comes into effect, the parties shall resolve it through consultation, and if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court.
