In order to build an East Asian cultural highland and build a new platform for ceramic cultural exchanges, the 2021 China-Japan-Korea Ceramic Culture, Art and Tourism Week officially kicked off today in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, under the guidance of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the People's Government of Jiangxi Province, and co-sponsored by the Bureau of International Exchange and Cooperation of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Department of Culture and Tourism of Jiangxi Province, and the People's Government of Jingdezhen Municipality.
It is understood that Jingdezhen is the only candidate city in Jiangxi Province to be selected as the "East Asian Cultural Capital" in 2023, and the "China-Japan-Korea Ceramic Culture, Art and Tourism Week" is an important measure for Jingdezhen to sprint to create an "East Asian Cultural Capital", and the art event will last until December 17, when the ministry and provincial leaders, officials of Japan and South Korea in China and a number of international artist representatives will attend the meeting.
