On April 29th, the book "Legend of Gold Powder - Powder Metallurgy and Human Civilization", published by Central South University Press, was launched at the Tanjiapo Relic Museum in Changsha Tongguanyao National Archaeological Site Park.

Changsha Tongguan Kiln is a porcelain-making site from the Tang to the Fifth Dynasty, the Tanjiapo site that held the first event on the same day is the birthplace of the world's underglaze colorful ceramics, and also an important fulcrum of the "Maritime Silk Road", and the millennium shipwreck "Black Stone" loaded with more than 56,000 pieces of Changsha Copper Official Kiln porcelain is the most powerful historical proof. More than a thousand years ago, Changsha Tongguan kiln products were exported to more than 20 countries and regions overseas, playing an important role in the prosperity of the "Maritime Silk Road", and are also rare empirical materials for the study of ancient Chinese ceramic production technology, decorative arts, Huxiang culture and foreign exchanges. Ceramic technology and human civilization have a very close relationship, originated from the ancient ceramic preparation technology and ironmaking technology of powder metallurgy, but also made an important contribution to the development of human society.
